Dr. Robert G. Wilson
Dr. Robert (Greg) Wilson has dedicated his professional career to providing your child with the finest that dentistry has to offer. He strives to deliver personalized & gentle care focused on comprehensive oral health for children & adolescents. Dr. Wilson prides himself on providing a positive & unique dental experience to every child he treats. Dr. Wilson completed his undergraduate degree at Ole Miss. He graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2004. Dr. Wilson remains up-to-date on the latest advances in dentistry through continuing education courses, study clubs & reading dental journals. When not in the office, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with his wife & three children, playing golf, traveling, coaching girls & boys basketball, & being an active member of his church.
Dr. Tiffanie Wilson
Dr. Tiffanie Wilson has been working in children’s dentistry since 2006. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Nursing and of the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. Dr. Wilson is trained in oral conscious sedation. She enjoys the El Paso community and spends her free time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Lexxi Nguyen
Dr. Alexandra (Lexxi) Nguyen grew up in Houston, Tx. She moved to El Paso in 2021 following her husband, who was stationed here as a military dentist. For education, she attended the University of Texas at Austin where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology with a minor in Spanish. She then went on to graduate from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. Dr. Nguyen focuses on preventive and comprehensive care to improve overall health. She loves working with kids and practicing Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and watching/playing sports.
Dr. Wael Turki
Originally from Los Angeles California, moved to El Paso in 2015 to serve in the U.S. Army as a Dental Officer. Graduated with his bachelor degree in biochemistry in 2010 and received his doctoral degree in dental medicine in 2015. Dr. Turki performs a variety of procedures on both children and adults. He has two kids Isla and Dean that are 8 and 6 years old who he loves to spend time with. In his spare time he enjoys hiking and watching football.
Dr. Paulette Ramirez
Dr. Ramirez is a proud native of Juarez, Mexico, and El Paso. As a graduate of Burges High School, she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso in 2025. During her dental education, Dr. Ramirez participated in mission trips to El Paso and Puerto Rico, providing free oral care to underserved communities. Her outstanding dedication to both patient care and service earned her merit-based awards in oral medicine and community service.
Dr. Ramirez is honored to serve the beautiful community of El Paso with skill, care, and heart. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she creates a welcoming environment for a diverse patient population. Outside the dental office, she enjoys dancing, exercising, traveling, and reading.
