Gentle, Compassionate Care

Expertise and Experience For A Healthy Smile

We do our very best to prevent cavities and decay, but life happens. When it does, the dedicated team at Smile Center for Kids is ready to treat the problem efficiently and effectively. We offer a variety of restorative dentistry services designed to get your child’s smile healthy and happy once again. Take comfort in knowing you can trust us to provide the quality care they deserve.

Fillings

Despite having stellar at-home care and routine cleanings, sometimes cavities still occur. Younger teeth are actually more prone to caries or decay due to their anatomy. Early detection and treatment is key, so our doctors will take the time to remove decay to prepare for fillings, when necessary. We rely on composite fillings for a natural look that matches our patients’ existing smile, while also helping protect against additional damage and temperature sensitivity.

Crowns

When decay or damage is severe, our patients sometimes require a crown that’s fitted over a tooth. We offer both stainless steel and Zirconia (white) crowns designed to restore structure and stability. The white crowns can be used to protect highly visible front teeth that have become cracked, chipped, or extremely discolored. Stainless steel crowns work well in helping cover and protect baby molars that are exposed to constant chewing and grinding. Both types of crowns are also beneficial in the prevention of premature extraction.

Extractions

Unfortunately, there are times when a tooth is beyond repair and cannot be saved. You can trust our entire team to take only the very best care of your child or teen should an extraction be absolutely necessary. We understand the apprehension and anxiety this procedure can cause for both parents and patients, which is why we’ll take the time to guide you throughout the process.
